Rock Man is finally living up to his original, musically-based naming roots of rocking and rolling. From the same creator who brought you the Mega Man + Haruhi mashup comes a new mashup involving Mega Man and the new anime, Lucky Star. Somehow, having Mega Man and/or 8-bit music makes everything better, so could this be the start of some crazy Mega Man phenomenom?
Click on “Read more” to see another video of the mashup and the original in a side-by-side comparision to see how cool the mashup really is. And in case you missed the original Mega Man + Haruhi mashup, there’s also a video of the “synced” version.

A Japanese Mega Man and South Park fan recently came up with this very well done mashup of Mega Man and South Park. Is it me, or does Kenny look like an Ice Climber?

A new entry over on Scarlett’s Lost’s Blog gives an inside look at Capcom’s Spring 2007 Gamer’s Day that should shed some light at some of the other boring cool stuff that happens at events such as these.

As often happens during presidential races, you’re usually left with candidates whom are weak, all of whom you dislike, and end up having to vote for the lesser of two (or three) evils.
Well, “settle” no more!
For the upcoming 2008 President Election, Capcom has an interesting proposition for you to vote on: Mike Haggar (Of Final Fight fame) for President! Why should you vote Mike Haggar? Well, because he’s freakin’ awesome!
Ok, we’re biased, so we’re going to let the folks over at Destructoid give you an unbiased list of the top 10 reasons to vote for Mike Haggar in 2008.

The awesome “I Am 8-Bit” exhibit finally opened last night. While we couldn’t make it there ourselves, others sure did, as gaming blog Joystiq is reporting a crowd that caused difficulty in breathing along with questionable heat related hygiene.
Anyways, the exhibit is about the art, and art was definitely exhibited. As art is best seen with pictures rather than described with words, hit the “read more” for links to photos. Be sure to go and check out the exhibit in person, if you’re lucky enough to be local.
