CONTEST RULES

Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), Monday, February 12, 2007 and ends 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday, February 26, 2007.

DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST: Submit an image or video of Lost Planet™ being played in extreme environments or situations. Fan art, photoshop, and image manipulation encouraged and creative responses welcome.

HOW TO ENTER/REQUIREMENTS: Submit your image or video to contest@capcom.com Please provide your name, address, phone number, and email address.

WINNER SELECTION – Capcom will evaluate all the images and videos received and will determine one (1) first place winner and two (2) runner up winners. Winners will be selected on or about February 28, 2007 from all eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and Capcom’s decisions. Winners will be notified by email. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) in U.S. Dollars.

First Place Prize: Two thousand (2,000) Microsoft Points (ARV $25.00)
Runner Up Prize: Each will receive One thousand (1,000) Microsoft Points (ARV $12.50).

Total ARV for the Contest is $50.00. No prize transfer or cash substitution allowed except at Capcom’s sole discretion for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value.
