Well, as of this morning they are live on Xbox Marketplace. The three themes, as seen below, can be had for 100 MS points each.

(Yes, one of the images is labeled wrong – this is an old picture)

In addition to that, a gamer picture pack featuring all 11 characters is also available for 100 MS points.
